The IDCC 370 Grading Table below presents the point value of all activities for the semester. Occasionally it is necessary to change assignments or point values. Should I need to make these kinds of changes, you will be notified in advance.

Quizzes normally will be administered at the beginning of the hour. (Pop quizzes may be necessary at times to insure timely arrival at the beginning of class. Missed quizzes cannot be made up.)

All assignments must be completed to pass IDCC 370. This course has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to plagiarism (See Plagiarism: Zero Tolerance Policy).

Assignment Relationships

It might be useful for you to consider the relationships of all the assignments for the semester as existing in a matrix. Think of the final assignment as being the target for which you are aiming: the bull's eye. Three is contained in two; two is contained in one. Thus, to understand thoroughly an assignment, you will need to master the preceding assignment: you cannot get to three without first mastering all the steps in the preceding two assignments.

In short, this course builds from day one through to the final day. Every assignment is preparing you to undertake slightly more ambitious procedures in the assignment that follows. For this reason, all three assignments must be completed in their proper order for you to pass the course.
