IDCC 380 Assignment Guidelines

All assignments are due, posted on the Web or handed in, at class time on the date specified. You are responsible to fulfill the minimum requirements spelled out in each assignment. The assignments as described here are simply overviews of the objectives. Requirements will be specified as we get closer to the due dates and will be finalized on the last class day before an assignment is due. You must check the IDCC 380 Announcements (home) page to make sure that you have gathered (and understand) all updated requirements for each assignment.

I expect all your Web-related work to be of the highest quality. I also expect your writing and oral work to be professional and free of problems with grammar, syntax, and usage. Further, your design work and writing should demonstrate mastery of generally accepted design best-practices, organization, mechanics, and proofreading. The highest grades are awarded to those who demonstrate a solid command of the design principles and English language (oral and written) and who offer an imaginative, unique, or distinguished approach to the challenges of the assignments.

No late assignments are accepted.

Plagiarism will result in failure for the course.

Note: In addition to the points you earn on these assignments, you will also have the opportunity to show your stuff in quizzes, which may count up to 200 points. Let's remain flexible on these issues for the time being. For the complete assignment point table, as presently envisioned, see the grading guidelines page.
